Si Cagayan Provincial Information Officer (PIO) Rogelio Sending habang sinasagot ang ilang mambabatas sa House of Representatives matapos siyang ipa-contempt kasama si Cagayan Valley Governor Manuel Mamba kaugnay sa joint hearing ng House Committees on Public Accounts and Suffrage and Electoral Reforms patungkol sa nabulgar na ilegal na paglalabas ng pondo ng provincial government para gamitin sa vote-buying nitong nakalipas na Eleksyon 2022.
