Isa sa 2020 Noble Peace Prize awardees si KC Concepcion dahil sa pagiging national ambassador ng UN World Programme sa mahigit na sampung taon.

Isa si Gabby Concepcion, ang ama ni KC, na nagbigay-pugay sa ipinagmamalaking anak. Very proud father na ipinost ng actor ang pagbati kay KC na isa ring celebrity-entrepreneur.
