MMA Style Fight, nais ni Khabib kontra Pretty Boy Mayweather

Sumang-ayon si UFC superstar Khabib “The Eagle” Nurmagomedov na labanan si undefeated-retired at future Hall of Famer Floyd “Pretty Boy” Mayweather – ngunit, may kondisyon ito – maglaban sila ng 11 rounds ng boxing at isang round ng Mixed Martial Arts.

“If you want to make [the] fight, we can make [the] fight like this: 11 rounds… box, 1 round MMA,” pahayag ni Khabib sa ginanap na press conference ng sunod niyang laban sa UFC 249 main event. “If you make deal, we can fight… we have $100 million offer to fight him at middleweight. We have offer.”

Inanunsyo ito ng kasalukuyang UFC lightweight champion kasunod ng mga espekulasyon na pinagtatapat ang dalawang undefeated fighters mula sa magka-ibang mundo ng pampalakasan at professional sports.

Inamin nito na may posibilidad ang kanilang pagtatapat kung sakaling papayag lamang ang American boxer/promoter sa kanyang kondisyon.

“I think Mayweather, he’s a very big name. He’s a very big name. Right now, I have big name too. We can fight. But we need like, 11 round box, 1 round MMA. Let’s go, I’m ready,” hirit ni Khabib, na naghahanda sa kanyang susunod na laban sa Abril 18 kay Tony Ferguson para sa UFC lightweight title.

Nauna nang sinabi ni Mayweather na nakipag-usap ito kay UFC president Dana White hinggil sa pagkakaroong muli ng Mayweather-Conor McGregor rematch o ang laban kay Khabib.

“Like we talked about on social media, there’s two names right now,” wika ni Mayweather sa isang UK event, ayon sa isang website.

“We talked about the Conor McGregor fight, we talked about the Khabib fight. For myself, the number is $600 million. If I’m going to go out there and risk it, it’d have to be worth it.
