INDIA — Nasa 11 katao ang nasawi matapos gumuho ang lumang balon ng templo habang isinasagawa ang ritwal na apoy at pagdiriwang ng Hindu Festival, sa New Delhi noong Huwebes.


Ayon kay police Commissioner Makrand Deoskar, umabot sa 35 katao ang nahulog sa balon at natabunan ng gumuhong istraktura.


Iniulat ni Shivraj Singh Chauhan, na nasa 18 katao ang nailigtas at naospital dahil sa pinsala ng bumagsak na istraktura, sa kadahilanang mahina na at hindi na nito kinayang saluhin ang dami at bigat ng tao.


Iniimbestigahan pa ng mga awtoridad ang nangyaring insidente sa pag-uutos ni Shivraj Singh Chauhan.
