Nagpositibo sa COVID-19 si Tarlac Mayor Reynaldo Catacutan, batay sa Facebook post ng Capas Information Office nitong Martes, Abril 6.
Anila, “We sincerely ask the public to join us in our prayers for Mayor Catacutan's healing and fast recovery in his isolation.”
“The Office of the Mayor shall temporarily be closed for disinfection pending the swab test results of all staff exposed to Mayor Catacutan. However, the skeletal force shall remain to work at the Chief of Staff and Administrator's Office to still serve the public.”
Ayon pa sa Municipal Health Office, posibleng nakuha ni Mayor Catacutan ang virus sa araw-araw na pakikisalamuha nito sa publiko.
Sa ngayon ay 152,562 na ang bilang ng mga aktibong kaso ng COVID-19 sa bansa.
