Ibinasura ng isang korte sa Quezon City ang P1 billion civil case laban kina dating House Speaker Martin Romualdez, dating Ako Bicol Partylist Rep. Zaldy Co, Quezon City Rep. Patrick Michael Vargas, at iba pang respondents kaugnay ng umano’y maanomalyang flood control projects.


Naibasura ang kaso dahil hindi umano nabayaran ng mga nagsampa ang kinakailangang filing fees, kaya hindi ito nagkaroon ng hurisdiksyon upang dinggin ang reklamo.
