Positive sa COVID, naka-quarantine… Trump, lumabas sa ospital para bumati sa fans

Binatikos ng medical community si US President Donald Trump matapos lumabas ng ospital upang batiin ang mga tagasuporta niya nitong Linggo. Nilabag umano nito ang protocol dahil kasalukuyan pa siyang ginagamot sa highly-infectious disease na COVID-19.

Nakasuot si Trump ng face mask habang nasa loob ng bulletproof na sasakyan at kumakaway sa kanyang mga supporters sa labas ng Walter Reed Military Medical Center.

Ayon kay White House physician Sean Conley, umiigi na ang kalusugan ni Trump.

Aniya, "The president has continued to improve. As with any illness, there are frequent ups and downs over the course."

Ngunit, ayon naman sa ilang eksperto, mismong si Trump ang lumabag sa public health guidelines ng bansa kung saan required ang mga pasyente na mag-isolate habang sumasailalim sa gamutan dahil maaaring makahawa ito.

Depensa naman ni White House spokesman Judd Deere, nagsagawa umano ng "appropriate" precautions bilang proteksiyon ni Trump at ng kanyang mga staff sa paglabas nito. Aniya, "The movement was cleared by the medical team as safe to do.”
