Kaya nakipag-date kahit inaayawan noon… HIRIT NI KRIS: VG MARK LEVISTE, PINAGBIGYAN KO LANG

Friendly dinner date daw, ayon kay Kris Aquino, ang pagkikita nila ni Batangas Vice-Gov. Mark Leviste nitong nakaraang linggo. Kahit pa ginagawan ng isyu ang pakikipag-date ni Kris with Mark, she insisted that she is single.

Sa pinakabago niyang Instagram post kung saa'y ka-dinner niya ang fashion designer na si Michael Leyva na kuha noong Thursday (February 25), Kris wrote, "Single, not dating, peaceful, trying to get healthier. Maiksi ang caption, I'm learning how to say less."

Ilang araw na ang nakakalipas, una nang nai-report sa Mega Entertainment online magazine that Kris recently went on a dinner date with VG Mark Leviste at a restaurant in Makati.

Sa nasabing report na na-publish last Friday (February 26), sinabing ang dalawa were accompanied by Mark’s son and a friend of the actress "who doesn't want to be named."

Nailathala pa sa Mega Entertainment na si Mark ay the "Queen of All Media's newest suitor."

Mega Entertainment also reported that the politician "frequently waits for Kris to go down to the lobby of a serviced residence in BGC, even if sometimes she never meets him. And because of this, Kris finally agreed to go out with the vice-governor because he truly insists on taking her out."

Noong September, 2019, unang nagparamdam si Mark via Kris' Instagram page pagkatapos ihayag ni Kris through a public invitation to single men, aged 41-55, to add her private Facebook account.

"Looking for someone single, aged 41?" ayon pa kay Mark.

Mensahe ni Kris kay VG Mark: "Napaso na [ako] sa 'players' (literal & figurative) and sa elected officials. You have a [check] in both boxes. Not 'looking' but I look forward to getting to know you better and befriending you."

Ipinaliwanag naman ni Kris noong March, 2020 kung bakit ayaw nitong magkaroon ng romantic relationship with Mark.

"It’s not healthy to entertain someone when you know in your heart that feelings for another haven’t been totally extinguished. Repairing what’s broken is a job only for the one who still grieves because the new person had nothing to do with what is your personal pain from the past. Unless I resolve that, I have no business letting someone new into my life," rason ni Kris.

Binanggit pa nito ang tungkol sa "lack of sensitivity chip" daw ni VG Mark.

"He wasn’t very polite with his text messages... that’s why I chose the safe out — bringing up someone from the past — it’s much more proper because nobody is to blame. Hindi ako nabobola sa IG comment. Words mean very little when not backed by action."
