Sinilbihan ng panibagong warrant of arrest si dating Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Guo Hua Ping, alyas Alice Leal Guo, sa loob ng Correctional Institution for Women (CIW) sa Mandaluyong City nitong Biyernes ng gabi, Agosto 14.


Kaugnay ito ng tatlong counts ng paglabag sa Section 3(e) ng Republic Act 3019 o Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, kung saan P90,000 ang inirekomendang piyansa para sa bawat kaso.


Matatandaang hinatulang guilty si Guo sa kasong human trafficking kaugnay ng operasyon ng POGO hub sa Tarlac.
