Nag-trending na naman si Nadine Lustre dahil sa balitang pag-alis nito sa Viva Artists Agency o VAA. Sa nabasa namin, marami sa mga fans ni Nadine ang pabor sa pagkalas niya sa VAA at ang dasal lang nila, magkaroon ng smooth transition ang pag-alis niya sa plano niyang self-management.

May ilang fans pa si Nadine na tinawag na Independence Day ang January 27, 2020 na petsa ng pag-alis ng aktres sa VAA na kanyang ipina­alam thru a press statement issued by the Kapu­nan & Castillo Law Offices.

Naalala ng JaDine fans ang sagot ni James Reid na mahihirapan na silang magkasama sa trabaho dahil si Nadine that time, naiwan sa VAA, saman­talang siya ay umalis na.

Aniya, “It’s hard given the situation right now but definitely, we will find some ways so we can work together again in the future.”

Kaso, premature lang ang saya ng JaDine fans at ang sinabi nilang Independence dahil as far as VAA is concerned, may kontrata pa rin sa kanila si Nadine. Nakasaad ito sa press statement nila na sagot sa lawyer ni Nadine na Kapunan & Castillo Law Offices.

Heto ang sagot ng Viva Artists Agency: “Contrary to the Press Statement, Nadine remains an exclusive artist of VIVA as she has a valid and subsisting Management Contract. Under the law, Nadine cannot unilaterally withdraw from her contract with VIVA.

“Any dealings or professional engagements entered into by Nadine, without the consent or approval of VIVA constitutes breach of contract.

“VIVA shall initiate appropriate legal action against Nadine and/or third parties that directly deal with Na­dine in contravention of VIVA’s Management Contract.”
