Dear Kenneth, Para sa inyong kaalaman, ang mga sumusunod na impormasyon ay hindi itinuturing na confidential ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), alinsunod sa Section 26 ng Republic Act (R.A.) No. 10625 o mas kilala sa tawag na “Philippine Statistical Act of 2013” at ng Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) nito kung saan nakasaad na:
“SEC. 26. Confidentiality of Information. – xxx
However, confidentiality of information does not apply to:
a. Information in the form of a list or index of individual business firms, establishments or organizations that contain any or all of the following information:
1. The name, address and telephone numbers;
2. The business and products that they are engaged in; and
3. The specific ranges of number of employees.
b. Microdata from statistical inquiries or survey form, questionnaire/ schedule prepared by the PSA for purposed of research, with care to ensure that identities of a particular person, business or organization will not be disclosed in whatever form; and
c. Access to census data after one hundred (100) years of historical, genealogical, scientific or other research purposes.”
Nawa ay nasagot namin ang inyong katanungan. Nais naming ipaalala sa inyo na ang opinyong ito ay nakabase sa inyong mga naisalaysay sa inyong liham at sa pagkakaintindi namin dito. Maaaring maiba ang opinyon kung mayroong karagdagang impormasyong ibibigay. Mas mainam kung personal kayong sasangguni sa abogado.
