Nagbigay ng babala ang agency ng South Korean superstar na si Lee Seung Gi na Hook Entertainment na nakahanda silang magsagawa ng legal action laban sa mga malicious com­menters ng aktor.

“This is Hook Entertainment. We can no longer ignore the indiscriminate, malicious comments about our agency artist Lee Seung Gi.

“On July 16, 2019, we revealed that should these actions continue, we would be taking legal action. However, our artist and his fans continue to be hurt by these malicious comments.

“As a result, in order to protect our artist, we will pursuing legal action with the law firm APRO.

“Documents on the comments and the writers were forwarded to APRO on September 26, 2019,” ang pahayag ng Hook Entertainment.

Ini-reveal din ng agency na back in 2016 ay nagsampa na sila ng humigit-kumulang sa 100 na kaso laban sa mga taong nagka­kalat ng malicious rumors kay Lee Seung Gi at ma­rami raw ang na­pa­rusahan.

“Previously in July 2016, we worked with APRO on roughly 100 lawsuits regarding malicious rumors, and there were many who were fined bet­ween 500,000 and 1 million won (approximately $416 to $831). All asked for leniency, but every single one [of the commenters] was punished exactly as outlined by the law, with no leniency,” the press statement read.

This time ay ganu’n din daw ang kanilang gagawin at hindi rin daw sila magiging lenient sa mga mapapa­tunayang nagkasala.

“In addition to the legal action we are taking now, we will continue to monitor for malicious comments, false rumors, insults, and defamation and take legal action accordingly.

“As we said before, there will be no settle­ments or leniency, and punishment will be dealt as outlined by the law. Thank you.”

Marami naman ang nagulat na net­izens all over the world na may mga nani­nira pa rin kay Lee Seung Gi sa kabila ng pagiging good-natured nito and Mr. Perfect pa nga kung tawagin.

Samantala, kasalukuyang napapa­nood si Lee Seung Gi sa SBS and Netflix’s action-spy-drama na Vagabond along with Bae Suzy. Nakaka-4 episodes pa lang ang drama and so far, since its pilot ay nana­natiling No.1 ito sa ratings.

Sa Oct. 12 ay nakatakdang dumating sa Pilipinas sa kauna-unahang pagkaka­taon ang aktor/singer para sa kanyang fan meet titled Vagabond Voyage in Manila na gaganapin sa New Frontier Theatre.
