PHISGOC VOLUNTEERS, “BACKBONE” NG SEA GAMES

MAGSISILBI umanong “backbone” ng 30th Southeast Asian Games ang mga volunteers ayon kay Philippine South East Asian Games Organizing Committee (PHISGOC) Chief Operating Officer Ramon Suzara.

”Whatever we have been doing in PHISGOC for the last few years will be meaningless without you. If we don’t have any of you, then we won’t be able to deliver the best SEA Games. And with this, you are part our family, our SEA Games family.”Ito ang inspiring message ng PHISGOC COO nang i-welcome ang mga lumahok na volunteers sa Subic-Clark Cluster Launch ng SEA games Volunteers Program.

Tiniyak ni PHISGOC Chief Operating Officer Suzara sa volunteers na lumahok sa Subic-Clark launch na isang hindi malilimutang karanasan ang maging bahagi ng pagdaraos ng pinakamalaki at pinakamagandang SEA Games sa bansa.

Idinagdag ni Suzara na inihahanda na rin nang husto ang SEA games, “all systems go” lalo na at susuporta ang mga partner institutions at libu-libong volunteers, may 99 na araw pa ang darating bago ang biennial sports event. May halos 11,000 atleta at team officials, 530 medal events sa may kabuuang 56 sports, 44 competition venues ang gagawin sa loob ng 12 maaksiyong araw. Ang mga events ay gagawin sa 4 clusters sa Clark, Subic, Metro Manila, at iba pang lugar ng South Luzon. (MC)
