700 KARATEKAS, MAGBUBUNUAN SA GOJU-KAI ASPAC SA CEBU

NAKATAKDANG ilarga ang 7th Asia Pacific Goju-kai Karate-do Championship sa Lapu-Lapu City, mula Setyembre 27 hanggang Oktubre 1 matapos makipagsanib-puwersa ng Philippine Sports Commission, (PSC) sa Karate Pilipinas Sports Federation, Inc. at sa Department of Tourism Region 7.

Unang beses na magiging punong abala ang Pilipinas sa event na magbabanatan sa Hoops Dome, Lapu-Lapu City kung saan mahigit 700 atleta mula sa 26 Asian countries ang magpapaligsahan, kasama ang teams sa Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia at Korea. “As part of the PSC’s campaign in spreading sports all over the country, we are honored to partner with the City Mayor and the local government of Lapu-Lapu City to host this international event in Cebu,” saad ni PSC Commissioner Ramon Fernandez.
