PANGUNAHING pa­nauhin sina PBA champion Rain or Shine two-time Most Valuable Player James Yap at assistant coach Chris Ga­vina, sa 23rd “Usapang Sports” ng Tabloids Organization in Philippine Sports (TOPS) ngayong Huwebes sa Na­tio­nal Press Club sa Intra­muros.

Si Yap, na nabiyayaan ng pitong PBA titles mula 2005 – 2014, MVP honors noong 2006 at 2010, at si Gavina, na kakatawanin si head coach Caloy Garcia, upang talaka­yin ang kanilang tsansa sa PBA Commissioner’s Cup. Kasama rin nila sa 10 a.m. sports forum sina Gabe Nor­wood, Beau Belga at Javee Mocon. Sasagupa ang Rain or Shine sa PBA Commis­sioner’s Cup kontra Meralco sa Mayo 31 sa MOA Arena.

Aalis si Chua sa puwes­to, na isa ring Barangay Gi­nebra San Miguel governor sa PBA at PABL Grand Slam coach makaraang pali­tan si former PBA com­mis­sioner Chito Narvasa noong nakaraang tatlong taon. Ma­nanatili siyang aktibong mi­yembro ng asosasyon. “I be­lieve it’s time for a new man to lead BCAP, one who can devote more time in the pursuit of the goals and direc­tion set by our predecessors for our local coaches,” ani Chua. “BCAP is in good hands with Coach Louie.''
