SINUBUKAN ni Gian Taylor ang kanyang suwerte sa karera ng Team Go For Gold dahil pakay niyang maging bahagi ng national squad. Bumida ang 15-anyos na triathlete mula sa Malay­balay Bukidnon sa male 12-17 category ng Go For Gold Sunrise Sprint kamakailan sa Naga, Cebu.

Nauna sa pagtapak sa meta si Taylor ng Bukids Mul­tiSport makaraang makumpleto ang short-distance triathlon na magsisil­bing qualifying race para magkapuwesto sa Go For Gold team sa one hour, 11 minutes at 36 seconds. “My biggest dream is to represent our country to the Olympics,’’ ayon kay Taylor, isang Grade 9 student ng San Isidro College High School sa Bukidnon.
