Kaso laban sa kanya, ibinasura ng korte… KRIS, IPINAGSIGAWANG LUSOT SA PAGBABANTA SA BUHAY NI NICKO

IPINOST ni Kris Aquino ang copy niya ng resolution sa pagkaka-dismiss ng two counts of grave threats na isinampa laban sa kanya ng magkapatid na Nicko at Atty. Jesus Falcis.

Mababasa sa resolution na conflicting ang claims nina Kris at Nicko. Nag-claim daw si Nicko na pinag­bantaan siya ni Kris na idinenay naman ng huli.

May mga binanggit pa sa resolution na hindi ini-report ni Nicko sa police authorities o Philippine consulate sa Bangkok ang banta ni Kris. Hindi rin daw agad ipinaalam ni Nicko sa mga relatives niya ang banta ng TV host.

May binanggit din sa resolution na hindi isinikreto ni Nicko ang pagbalik niya sa bansa mula sa Bangkok. Wala ring steps na ginawa si Nicko and his family to ensure the safety of Nicko from his travel from the airport to his residence. Wala rin daw ginawang safety measures ang family ni Nicko mula nang bumalik siya ng bansa.

Nasa resolution din na hindi agad ipinaalam ni Nicko ang banta sa buhay niya at binanggit lang nang sampahan siya ng criminal cases ni Kris. Higit sa lahat, wala raw isinumiteng evidence si Nicko to back up his claim of threats to his life. Pure care of harassment lang daw ang pagsampa ng reklamo kay Kris sa numerous complaints na isinampa ni Kris laban sa magkapatid.

In the end, nakasulat sa resolution ang, “Considering the foregoing, it is most respectfully recommended that this complaint for grave threats against respondent Kristina Berna­dette C. Aquino be dismissed for lack of probable cause.”

Sa kanyang post, ipinaalam ni Kris na… “DISMISSED ang kaso nu’ng Falcis bro­thers against me.”

Alam din niyang mahaba pa ang laban at mas titindi pa ang misyon ng kabila na siraan, sirain at saktan siya at mga mahal niya sa buhay.

“My tears fall while writing this post, because I shall never forget all the special peo­ple, na nu’ng kinaila­ngan kong mag­pa­katatag, no questions asked-they generously gave me unconditional love, friendship, support, and prayers,” post ni Kris.

May reaction post naman si Nicko sa pagkaka-dismiss ng grave threats case vs. Kris: “Our family continues to pray for peace and justice. We both told our truths as the cases get dismissed one after the other since we both want to protect our families.”

Sagot ni Kris: “Hello Nicko. To clarify, 2 of my cases got dismissed. 1 prevailed and I withdrew 2. But ‘yung case n’yo against me na-dismiss and the cyberlibel case against your brother tuloy. I am still the weird me who is now giggling after reading “pray” sa comment mo- because I remember clearly we were at a healing Mass in Greenbelt.”
