CEBU CITY—Isang binatilyo ang dinakip ng pulisya nang makumpiskahan ng shabu, kamakalawa sa Bgy. Duljo Fatima sa lungsod na ito.

Dahil menor-de-edad ay hindi na pinangalanan ng mga awtoridad ang 16-anyos na suspek.

Nabatid na nakakumpiska ang mga awtoridad ng 17 sachets ng shabu at markadong pera sa pag-iingat ng suspek.

Nakapiit na ang binatilyong suspek na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
