Walang holiday ceasefire | NPA, DURUGIN! — DIGONG

IPINAG-UTOS ni Pa­ngulong Rodrigo Duterte sa militar na durugin ang Com­munist Party of the Philip­pines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA).

Kasabay nito, iginiit ni P-Duterte na hindi siya ka­kagat sa iniaalok na holiday cease­fire ng mga komunista.

Ayon sa pangulo, huwag lang basta lumaban kundi wa­sakin ang ko­munista ma­ging ang kanilang legal fronts at mga kagamitan.

“No holiday ceasefire for the soldiers, as President Rodrigo Duterte renewed his call to quell the Commu­nist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and its legal fronts, as the 50th founding anni­versary of the rebel group nears,” pahayag ni P-Du­terte sa kanyang talumpati sa Compostela Valley.

“We do not subscribe to their ceasefire, we are ready for anything. Change your paradigm, do not fight them, destroy them. Destroy them, kill them,” ani P-Duterte.

Una nang nagdeklara ng limang araw na holiday cease­fire ang Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) habang inanunsiyo naman ng Malacañang na hindi ito susundin ng gob­yerno. “Law and order means you have to destroy, not really fight, but destroy the Com­munist Party of the Philip­pines, including its legal fronts and infrastructure,” pa­hayag ng pangulo.

“Unless we are able to destroy every one of them, ang ating mga anak o apo ninyo ganu’n pa rin ang ha­harapin,” dagdag pa ni P-Duterte.

Matatandaang, inihayag ng pangulo na hindi dapat kaawaan ang mga rebelde na umano’y malulupit at mga brutal.
