ASIAN GAMES 2030 SA ‘PINAS

HINDI lang Southeast Asian Games, sa wakas magkakaroon nang pagka­kataon ang mga Pinoy na makapanood ng Asian Games dahil mayroon ng bagong state-of-art sport complex ang ‘Pinas kahalintulad sa mga sports complex sa Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia at Korea.

Ang modern sports complex kung saan gagawin ang 2019 SEA Games ay itinayo sa malawak na 200 ektaryang Clark City sa Capas, Tarlac na dating US Air Force Base. “Not only SEA Games, Filipinos will have the opportunity to watch the Asian Games because we will bid to host the prestigious event dubbed the Olympic Games of Asia in 2030,” sabi ni Philippine Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee chairman Alan Peter Cayetano sa press conference bago gawin ang ocular inspection sa modern sports complex.

Ang bagong sports complex ay kumpleto sa pasili­dad kasama ang 20,000-seating capacity athletics na sertipikado ng International Association of Athletics Federation, 2,000-seating capacity aquatic center (FINA certified) at nine-lane track and field oval, athletes’ village, training center, at National Multi-Sports Training Park.
