“We will be strict next year. We cannot go on like this. These recalcitrant and delinquent NSAs abused the benevolent of PSC,” sabi ni Ramirez kasama si Games and Amusement Board (GAB) chairman Baham Mitra.
“We will not tolerate this bad practice by some NSAs. PSC has the obligation to give financial assistance to NSAs. They also have the obligation to return and liquidate the money they got from the agency,” wika ni Ramirez.
“PSC is operating on a shoestring budget. This is the reason we are demanding NSAs to please liquidate their money they got from PSC, so that other NSAs also get financial assistance they rightfully deserve,” sambit ni Ramirez.
“PSC is not interfering in their internal affairs. The reason I am calling their attention to immediately fix the problems besetting their NSAs simply because the athletes are the one affected. They are our source of pride. They are the ultimate victims. I pity the athletes,” pahayag ni Ramirez.
