MAGNITUDE 6.5 na lindol ang yumanig sa Solomon Island.

Naganap ang lindol alas-11:27 ng umaga (Philippine time), kahapon.

Ayon sa Phivolcs, may lalim na 33 kilometro ang nasabing lindol.

Ang nangyaring pagyanig sa Solomon Island ay hindi magdudulot ng tsunami sa karagatan ng Pilipinas, ayon sa mga awtoridad.
