Inaasahan ang pagbabalik full operations ng San Juanico Bridge sa kalagitnaan ng 2026 kung saan kayanin ang hanggang 33 metric tons, ayon kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.


Personal na ininspeksyon ng Pangulo ang naturang tulay sa Tacloban City ngayong Biyernes, Disyembre 12.


Sa katunayan, partially reopened na sa two-way traffic ang tulay na may 15-ton load limit at nag-uugnay sa Leyte at Samar.
