Dumating ngayong Linggo nang tanghali si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa Tuguegarao City, Cagayan upang personal na alamin ang kalagayan ng mga kababayang napinsala ng Bagyong Ulysses.


Kasama rin ni Pangulong Duterte si Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go sa isang aerial inspection sa mga lugar na binaha sa Cagayan Valley, kung saan nai-post ito sa Facebook account ni Department of Transportation (DOTr) Asst. Sec. Goddes Hope Libiran.


Nagkaroon ng briefing si P-Duterte kasama ang mga government officials sa Cagayan para sa isasagawang tulong sa lugar.
