Niyanig ng 4.4-magnitude na lindol ang lalawigan ng Batanes, ayon sa Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).


Sa nailabas na bulletin ng Phivolcs, alas-3:19 ng hapon ngayong Lunes, November 16 naramdaman ang pagyanig sa layong 21.59°N, 121.21°E - 110 km N 37° W ng Itbayat, Batanes, may lalim na 033 kilometers at tectonic in origin.


Wala namang naitalang nasaktan matapos ang lindol.


Pinapayuhan ng Phivolcs ang publiko na maging mapagmatyag at mag-ingat sa posibleng pagkakaroon ng aftershocks.
