Inanunsiyo ng Philippine General Hospital na puno na ang COVID-19 wards at intensive care unit ng kanilang pasilidad.
Saad ni PGH Spokesman Dr. Jonas del Rosario, “As of now, we have 211 patients admitted for COVID. That has surpassed our set limit of 210 beds for them.”
Umaaray na rin ang PGH dahil habang lumolobo ang bilang ng COVID patients, kumakaunti naman ang kanilang medical workers dahil dinapuan na rin ng naturang virus ang ilan sa mga ito.
Ayon kay Rosario, “The limitation is not the number of beds or the number of rooms. We do have the beds, it's the number of healthcare workers who can actually man and monitor these patients.”
