Maglalaan ang Cebu City government ng ₱60 million para sa additional cash incentives ng mga nurses na-assign sa pribadong ospital sa naturang lugar.
Ayon kay Assistant Secretary Jonji Gonzalez ng Office of the Presidential Assistant for the
Visayas (OPAV), upang matugunan ang kakulangan sa manpower sa naturang lugar sa laban kontra COVID-19, si Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella ay “committed to giving health workers, especially nurses an incentive.”
Saad pa ni Assistant Secretary Gonzalez “We allocated a budget of around ₱60 million for three months. This will cover around 2,000 nurses over eight hospitals in Cebu.”
