Kagabi, Sabado (April 4) ay binawian ng buhay ang konsehal at naitalang pangalawa ito sa fatality sa lungsod.

Isa si Pastor sa sampung residente ng Batanggas na tinamaan ng COVID-19.

Dinala ito sa isang ospital sa Maynila nu’ng nakitaan ito ng mga sintomas ng COVID-19.
