Dahil sa ASF — DA.. Karneng baboy out, rabbit in?

Tinitingnan ngayon ng Department of Agriculture (DA) ang iba pang pamalit sa karneng baboy sa gitna ng epekto ng ASF sa suplay nito.
Ayon kay DA Secretary William Dar, pupuwede ang karne na rabbit bilang alternatibo.
“Those are all options. We have talked with them na we are supportive of their industry. Kasi ang growth cycle noon ay mas lesser than other potential substitute. It will be cheaper. We are serious. All options are on the table. But poultry is number 1,” ani Dar.
