Kahit aprub sa 3 iba pang judges… Marcelito, 'di feel ni Simon Cowell

Nagalit na naman ang mga Pinoy sa America’s Got Talent judge na si Simon Cowell dahil sa naging komento nito sa performance ni Marcelito Pomoy sa Finale ng AGT: The Champions.

Ini-release ng AGT sa kanilang official YouTube account ang performance ni Marcelito sa Finale na eere pa lang nga­yong Martes nang umaga sa atin (Monday night sa U.S.).

Nakalagay naman sa video na “early release,” although mapapanood na rito ang buong performance ni Marcelito, pati na ang komento ng mga hurado.

Beauty and the Beast popularized by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson ang kinanta ni Marcelito na of course, with his dual voice pa rin. Makikita sa video na hangang-hanga sa kanya ang mga judges, pati na ang audience.

At the end of the performance ay binigyan siya ng standing ovation ng audience at ng tatlong judges na sina Howie Mandel, Alesha Dixon and Heidi Klum. Tanging si Simon ang hindi tu­mayo.

Maging sa komento ng tat­long judges ay makikita mo ang paghanga kay Marcelito.

“It is just incredible over and over again. You are so very smart, you picked the songs we all like,” sabi ni Heidi.

“You’re making the right choi­ces on the right song, great job tonight,” papuri naman ni Howie.

“The high notes on that song were beautiful. You nailed it tonight,” saad naman ni Alesha.

When it was Simon’s turn to speak, pinuri rin naman niya si Mar­celito, pero sinabi rin niya na “predictable” ang performance nito.

“You are very nice, very talented guy, I gotta tell you. You really, really are. And this was even better than the last performance you did. Much, much better.

“However, if it was my choice, on a night like this, I would have done something less predictable,” pahayag ni Simon.

Sagot naman ni Alesha, “How was that predictable?”

Sey ni Simon, “The songs he’s chosen, they’re very safe, they’re very kind of… you know… I get it, they’re popular songs but I just think on tonight, if he had done something out of his comfort zone, like a shock to everybody, like ‘My God, he’s chosen this song,’ that could have given you another moment.”

Dagdag pa niya, “I think, you’ve got a massive career in front of you. I really, really do.”

Hindi nagustuhan ng marami ang komento ni Simon especially, of course, ang mga Pinoy, at inisip nilang talagang ayaw manalo ng judge si Marcelito.

Isa pang ikinaloloka ng mga netizens ay si Simon ang pumili ng kanta at nauna na nga itong ki­numpirma ni Marcelito sa kanyang YouTube vlog.

“Marcelito said in his blog that Si­mon picked the song for him. Now, Mar­celito did an awesome job, the audience and the three judges liked it, then what is missing?! Simple! Simon owns the show!!! No matter how talented you are, if he doesn’t like you, you are not going to win period!!!” komento ng isa pa.

Ilan lang ‘yan sa mga komentong nabasa namin at na­pakarami pa na halos iisa ang sinasabi’t galit na galit sila kay Simon. May mga akusasyon na rin na luto ang show.

By now ay nag-leak na ang resulta ng AGT Finale at sina­sa­bi ngang 4th place lang ang na­kuha ni Marcelito. May nagsa­sabi namang 3rd place raw.

Anyway, win or lose, eh, nag­pahayag pa rin naman ng supor­ta ang mga kababayan natin kay Marcelito at para sa maraming Pi­noy, siya pa rin ang winner.
