Sinermunan ni Jimmy Bondoc sa Facebook si Agot Isidro noong Nov. 18, dahil sa sunud-sunod na patutsada nito sa gobyerno.

Noong Nov. 13, ini-retweet ni Agot ang balitang pansamantalang pag­papatigil ng pagbibigay ng ayudang medikal ng Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) para imbestigahan ang umano’y nahuling nameke ng mga dokumento.

Caption ni Agot sa Twitter, “This is not fair. Why punish everyone for the sins of a few? Marami ang nanga­ngailangan ng medical assistance. This is not right.”

Ang tweet ni Agot about PAGCOR ang par­tikular na tinira ni Jimmy sa kan­yang FB post. Ani Jimmy, “I was informed that you expressed strong criticism about our temporary stoppage of accepting walk-in requests for medical assistance.

“Instead of a long reply, I thought it best to simply enumerate just 2 important points and developments.

“First and foremost, due to the quick response of all concerned agencies, we are now receiving walk-in requests again, provided that they have been verified by the PCSO. This is not red tape, uunahan na kita. This is based on many legal reasons. But like I said, I would rather keep it short. Feel free to read the PCSO and PAGCOR charters, which are available online.

“Second, I would just like to share a personal wish. I wish that more people as smart and as influential as you would be more active regarding governance. Believe it or not, your opinions are very welcome.”

Hinamon din ni Jimmy si Agot na magtrabaho sa gobyerno “in a limited period only” para raw maunawaan nito ang trabaho sa loob ng pamahalaan.

Tahasan din niyang sinabing, “Most of your comments are wrong, but they are not wrong because you are stupid, contrary to what many of your critics say. I know you are smart.

“But Ma’am, you truly are extremely mis­informed due to what seems to be a very sheltered existence. But I may be wrong.”

Willing daw siyang pumusta na walang ideya si Agot sa mga mandato, resolutions at orders ng pamahalaan.

Aniya, “Basta mo na lamang ka­ming hinusgahan. Which is fine. But you did not even think of the consequences that your statement could have created, had we not been quick enough to resume operations today.”

Sinabi rin ni Jimmy na kinailangang gawin ‘yun ng PAGCOR para hindi na muling madaya ang ahensiya.

Dagdag pa niya, “Sana ta­laga, maka­pagtrabaho ka sa gobyerno. Kahit isang taon lang. You, and people like you, should really step into these waters, if only for your personal growth. I have grown a lot here, and I wish the same for others. You should really try it, because it will make you a better person, in my opinion.”

Nagsasalita raw si Agot ng mga “horrible things” laban sa pamahalaan dahil hindi pa raw siguro nito nararanasang magtrabaho sa public sector.

Aniya, “But because of your lack of experience in agency work in the public sector, you end up saying horrible things. It doesn’t make you a horrible person. But it makes you a dangerous one, and a very discouraging one as well, especially to well-meaning government employees which exist in any administration.”

At sa huli ng mahabang post, hamon ulit ni Jimmy, “Sana talaga makapagtrabaho kayo sa gobyerno. In fact, I challenge you. I respectfully challenge you. If you accept, I will personally ask my bosses if we could endorse you to an office that you are qualified for. After a year, I am almost sure that you would be kinder, slower to anger and judgment, and perhaps, more enlightened as a human being.”
