Suspendido ang number coding sa lahat ng sasakyan sa November 1 habang sa mga provincial bus naman sa October 31 at November 4, ayon sa Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

Layon nitong ma-accommodate ang maraming bilang ng mga pasahero pauwi ng iba’t ibang lalawigan.

Matatandaang, nauna nang sinabi ng ahensiya na nasa 2,300 MMDA personnel ang ipakakalat mula October 30 hanggang November 4 para umasiste sa mga motorista at pasahero.
