Magtataas ng singil sa tubig ang Maynilad at Manila Water ngayong Oktubre.

Tinatayang nasa P0.17 kada cubic meter ang dagdag-singil ng Manila Water habang P0.02 naman sa Maynilad.

Pasok na umano sa October bill ng mga water concessionaires ang foreign currency differential adjustment, na epekto ng palitan ng piso kontra dolyar at yen.
