‘Bawal Bastos Law’ — Palasyo | P-DIGONG, NOT GUILTY!

TINIYAK ng Palasyo na mauuna sa listahan si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa pagpapatupad at pagsunod sa Republic Act 11313 o Safe Spaces Act na mas kilala bilang “Bawal Bastos Law”.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo, dahil nilagdaan ni Pangulong Duterte ang batas, nangangahulugan ito na kinikilala ang naturang batas.

“Since the President signed that law, it means that he recognizes the need [for] that law. And since he is the chief enforcer of all laws of the Philippines, he will be the first one to obey the law,” ani Panelo.

Hindi rin umano bastos si Pangulong Duterte kundi gumagamit lamang ng makukulay na pananalita para magpatawa ng audience.

Katunayan, magalang at mapagmahal umano si Pangulong Duterte sa mga babae.

“Unang-una kasi, you’ve assumed that the President is bastos, naging bastos. He never was bastos. When he cracks jokes, it was intended to make people laugh, never to offend. If you will just listen to the jokes of the President talagang matatawa ka, eh, matatawa ka. Audience … ‘di ba, they give a hearty laughter. Hindi naman bastos,” dagdag pa nito.

“Iba kasi iyong pambabastos. You women should know that. Iba ang dating ng bastos at saka iyong nagpapatawa lang,” pahayag pa ni Panelo.
