Idinawit sa Burning Sun Club scandal… HAN HYO JOO, NAPIKON NA SINIRA RAW ANG NAME, 33 ANG IDINEMANDA

NAGSAGAWA na ng legal na aksiyon ang aktres na si Han Hyo Joo laban sa mga malisyosong balita sa kanya.

Last May 10 ay nag-release na ng official statement ang legal representative ng aktres na si Kim Moon Hee ng Jipyong law firm para ipaalam ang tungkol sa paghahain nila ng reklamo sa 33 indivi­duals na diumano’y sumira sa pangalan ni Han Hyo Joo.

“This is an official statement regarding the circulation of false information and malicious comments regarding actress Han Hyo Joo.

“First of all, Han Hyo Joo is simply a model for JMsolution. She has not entered the club Burning Sun a single time, and she did not attend the event on November 23, 2018.

“However, there continues to be a spread of defamatory and insulting acts of maliciously posting false information via online platforms including portal websites, communities, and social media.

“Our law firm made the judgment that the malicious comments and circulation of false rumors have severely defamed actress Han Hyo Joo. We identified 33 individuals (based on ID) and filed criminal complaints to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station for charges on the breach (defamation) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

“We will continue to take strong action on intentionally posting false information or other malicious acts without any leniency or settlement,” ang nilala­man ng statement.

Matatandaang nadawit ang pangalan ni Han Hyo Joo sa Burning Sun Club controversy dahil sa report na may ilang celebrities daw na dumalo sa isang dinner party sa nasabing club sponsored by a cosmetic brand.

At dahil endorser si Han Hyo Joo ng JMsolution ay nagkaroon ng espeku­las­yon na baka siya ang tinutukoy.

Kaagad na nag-release ng statement ang kanyang agency na dumalo si Han Hyo Joo sa event ng Burning Sun for JMsolution.

Maging ang JMsolution ay nag-release na rin ng statement na bagama’t nagkaroon sila ng event sa Burning Sun, ito ay para sa mga empleyado lang at hindi raw dumalo ang kanilang mga models.
