Immigration officer, sinigawan at binastos daw…TONY, NAGSORI PERO TODO-PALUSOT

NAG-APOLOGIZE na si Tony Labrusca sa kanyang Twitter account kaugnay ng kontrobersiyal na insidente sa NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) Immigration.

Ayon sa bida ng pelikulang Glorious, hindi siya aware sa policy na hindi siya qualified na magkaroon ng Balikbayan stamp kapag walang kasamang Filipino parent.

Aminado siyang na-frustrate pero itinanggi niya na tinawag niyang “stupid” ang Immigration officer.

Narito ang buong pahayag ni Tony:

“I want to extend my sincerest apology to the superior Immigration Officer (I.O.) who was on duty and I had a talk with yesterday morning, 03 Jan 2019.

“After lining up and crossing the Immigration, I went up to the superior IO and we ended up going inside an enclosed space inside her office to discuss privately.

“I admit I was a bit frustrated and that I asked why I was only given 30 days to stay in the country this time. I was unaware of the policy that because I was not with my mother, I did not qualify for a Balikbayan stamp.

“It was very upsetting for me. And I’m sorry that I somehow took my frustrations out on the Officer. But never did I ever call anyone stupid, nor an idiot much less brag about being a celebrity. I know for a fact that the officer is merely doing her job.

“My biggest mistake perhaps was letting my emotions get the better of me and again I’m sorry.

“It was a long flight from Canada and while it is not a perfect excuse, I would like to start this year fresh both in my life and the people I’ve encountered with. Once again, I am deeply sorry for my reaction. — Tony Labrusca.”

Sa comment section ay nag-post ng screenshot ang PR manager/filmmaker na si Chris Cahilig ng pag-uusap nila ni Tony via text messaging.

Caption ni Chris sa kanyang tweet na ipinost din niya sa kanyang Facebook account, “Talking to Tony Labrusca about the rumors on him that are circulating on social media. Napaka-frustrating how malicious netizens are. Norm na ang paniniwala sa chismis.”

Ang tinutukoy ni Chris ay ang akusas­yon naman ng isang netizen na may “boyfriend” si Tony na kasamang umuwi ng ‘Pinas.

Sa screenshot ay makikitang nagpa­pali­­wanag si Tony (named Anthony sa mes­sage) na friend niya ang nagnganga­lang Alex na kasama.

“What’s wrong with Alex being with me on the Immigration? Just because we’re in the same flight we’re together na? That’s so low. Why can’t people see the truth that we’re just friends and his tita even made sure we got the same flight para may kasama kami pauwi,” ang nakasa­ad sa message na galing kay Tony.
