Dagdag-trabaho, solusyon sa malalang trapik ‘ANGKAS’, IBALIK

PANGMAHIRAP ang Angkas system, pabor sa konsiyumer at dagdag-tra­baho.

Ito ang hirit ni Governor Imee Marcos kaugnay sa pagbabawal sa ‘Angkas’ system sa mga motorsiklo.

“It robs working class Filipinos of a cheap way to get through horrendous traffic and prevents the creation of decent and qua­lity jobs for Filipinos strug­gling to make a living,” ani Mar­cos.

“Traffic is a major cons­traint to development espe­cially for the poor since taxis and Transport Network Vehicle Services (TNVs) are too costly for them. Angkas is a cheap and viable trans­port solution to millions of low-income Filipinos espe­cially in dense urban areas since it provides cheap and fast point-to-point transpor­tation,” dagdag pa nito.

Isang epektibo umanong kakumpitensiya ng taxi at TNVS ang Angkas kung saan mapupuwersang ma­ibaba ang singil at mapagbuti ang serbisyo.

Ito rin ang paboritong sakyan ng mga millenial at pinakamabilis na transpor­tasyon sa pagdalo sa mga X’mas party, reunion at ma­hahalagang aktibidad at mi­ting dahil sa matinding tra­pik sa Metro Manila. (BRT)
