Nega raw… MOVIE NI PAOLO, BANNED SA SINEHAN
DISAPPOINTED ang aktor na si Paolo Contis dahil hindi nakakuha ng slot sa mga sinehan ang kanyang pelikulang Ang Pangarap Kong Holdap na naka-schedule sanang ipalabas on November 28 sa mga sinehan.
Written and directed by the commercial director, Marius Talampas, makakasama ni Paolo sa movie sina Jerald Napoles, Jason Bay at Pen Medina.
Ang dahilan daw ay ang title nito na nagbibigay ng masamang connotation.
Sa kanyang Instagram account, nasulat ni Paolo ang, “Isang malungkot na araw! Ang Pangarap Kong Holdap cannot get cinema slots.
“According to them, the movie is sending a bad connotation to the public because of its title (when our only intention is to entertain our audience and give a good laugh for less than 2 hours). This is our own way of making it light for the Filipino people.
“We think what you’re doing is the REAL HOLDAP.”
Nagsalita rin ang girlfriend ni Paolo na si LJ Reyes. She pointed out that… “[It is] Ironic that we support foreign films orchestrating grand heists “but” cannot support our own just because of the title.”
