MGA KALAHOK SA PLAY ‘N LEARN SPORTS FOR FREE, DUMARAMI


SA loob ng tatlong sunod na linggo pumalo ng mahigit 1,000 ang lu­mahok at ang 1,324 ang pinakamalaki ang nag­papatunay marami ang nahilig sa Learn and Play Sports for Free na gina­gawa tuwing Linggo sa Rizal Park.

Pumangalawa ang chess 90, badminton 83, volleyball 33, karatedo at lawn tennis 23, football 21, at arnis, 20 na pinamu­munuan ni Senator Mi­guel Zubiri.

Ang Learn and Play Sports for Free ay ini-akda ng Malacañang sa bisa ng Executive Order ni President Rodrigo Roa Duterte upang palagana­pin ang palakasan para sa mas matalas na isipan at malusog na katawan ng mamamayan.

Hindi lang sa Metro Manila ang nasabing sports activities partikular sa Quezon City Circle at Pinaglabanan Park sa San Juan, ginagawa rin ito sa ibang lalawigan at siyu­dad sa Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao tuwing Saba­do at Linggo.
