The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has strengthened healthcare accessibility in Davao Oriental by donating seven Patient Transport Vehicles (PTVs) to the province's various local government units.

PCSO Director Imelda Papin, Assistant General Manager Arnel Casas, and Mindanao Department Manager Ellyn Ostan led the turnover ceremony on May 6, 2025, at the provincial capitol covered court in Mati, Davao Oriental.

This initiative benefits the city of Mati and the municipalities of Baganga, Banaybanay, Cateel, Caraga, Lupon, and Tarragona, ensuring that more communities can efficiently respond to medical emergencies.

PCSO’s PTV donation program continues to uphold its mission of providing essential support to underserved areas, reinforcing the country’s healthcare system one ambulance at a time.
