Idineklara ng House Committee on Justice na “insufficient in substance” ang dalawang impeachment complaint laban kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.


Sa botong 42, 1, 3, unang dinismiss ang reklamong inihain ni Atty. Andre de Jesus na inendorso ni Pusong Pinoy Partylist Rep. Jett Nisay.


Hindi rin nakalusot ang pangalawang impeachment complaint na inendorso ng Makabayan bloc, na may botong 7 pabor, 39 na tutol, at walang abstension.
