Nationwide lockdown, fake news — Palasyo

Iginiit ni Presidential Spokesperson at Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo na fake news ang kumalat sa social media na nakatakdang magdeklara ng lockdown sa buong bansa sa susunod na linggo.

“Absolutely not true. Stop believing false news and information,” ani Panelo.

Nauna nang kumalat ang mga sumusunod na babala:

“Malacanang will announce that there will be a nationwide lockdown next week to include wet markets to stop people from going about… food will be rationed every three days. That’s why here in Manila they’re distributing passes. Advise is to stock food for two weeks. Covid is very serious and does not spare anyone”.

Nasa lockdown ang buong Luzon sa harap ng patuloy na pagtaas ng mga kaso ng Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).
