MISAMIS ORIENTAL—Nadakip ng pulisya ang isang kidnaper kamakalawa sa Gingoog City.

Ang suspek ay nakilalang si Richard Bernades, nakatira sa Bgy. 19, sa naturang lungsod.

Nabatid na dinakip ng pulisya si Bernades kaugnay sa kinasasangkutan nitong kasong kidnapping.

Kusang sumama sa pulisya si Bernades nang dakpin ito ng mga awtoridad sa nasabing lugar.
