Hindi ikaw, Angelica… DEREK, IPINAGSIGAWANG SI JOANNE ANG PINAKASINERYOSO SA MGA NAGING KARELASYON

AMINADO si Derek Ramsay that he’s still hurting sa breakup nila ng model/media influencer girlfriend na si Joanne Villablanca, na hindi naman kataka-taka dahil nito lang buwang ito pumutok ang kanilang hiwalayan bukod pa nga sa 6 years din ang itinagal ng kanilang relationship.

“It’s not easy to go through this,” pag-amin ni Derek sa mediacon ng The Better Woman, his first teleserye sa GMA-7, held last Thursday, “especially, it’s one of the longest and probably the most serious relationship that I’ve ever had in my life.”

Ayon sa aktor ay hindi lang isang tao ang nawala sa kanya kundi dalawa at kasama na rito ang anak ni Joanne na parang tunay na anak na rin daw ang turing niya.

“It’s sad. Hindi lang isang tao ang nawala sa buhay ko – dalawa. It’s not easy, especially the plans that we had for each other,” he said.

“It’s sad that it didn’t work out between me and Jo, but she has already direction in her life. She’s found, I think, what she’s really passionate to do in her life which is ‘yung pagka-influencer niya, and. . . it’s just difficult that I lost two special people,” pahayag pa ng aktor.

Marami ngang naglalabasang tsismis sa dahilan ng kanilang breakup at ang aktor ang lumalabas na masama’t may ginawang kalokohan lalo pa nga’t lahat ng relationships niya ay nauuwi sa hiwalayan.

Pero ayon sa aktor ay gusto na lang niyang maging tahimik na lang at ayaw na niyang magsalita pa.

“I don’t wanna talk because it affects so many people – her daughter, herself, my son, her family, my family. I’ve always been that guy that wants to respect all of that because hindi lang kami, eh.

“A six-year relationship is not just between two people. You created a bond with each other’s families. In our case, her daughter who I love like my own, and my son.”

Pero nilinaw ng aktor na walang third party sa breakup at sana raw ay huwag nang idamay pa ang leading lady niya sa The Better Woman na si Andrea Torres na napagbibinta­ngang dahilan ng hiwalayan.

“That’s not fair. And ako, gusto ko lang sabihin, none of these should be asked to Andrea because she’s got nothing to do with any of these. And I’m not also the type of guy that likes to use gimmicks to promote a project.

“So, I really wish na dapat mag-stop ‘yun, kasi again, it’s unfair to her na wala namang kinalaman sa nangyayari sa akin. And it’s my relationship, so, all the questions should be directed to me,” pagdepensa ni Derek sa leading lady.

Sa ngayon, ani Derek, he’s handling the breakup quietly, pero hindi raw ibig sabihin nito ay hindi siya nasasaktan.

“I’m very quiet, but it doesn’t mean I’m not hurting. I’ve been very open with all of you, with the public. When I signed with GMA, she was here. It’s really difficult for me to stay quiet, but I will,” pahayag pa ng aktor.

Kahit mending a broken heart pa si Derek, masaya and excited siya sa The Better Woman na aniya ay nagustuhan niya agad nang unang i-offer pa lang sa kanya ng Kapuso Network.

“Super excited ako kasi first lead role ko ito as a Kapuso. Bago ako nag-sign sa GMA, they offered me a lot of projects, ito talaga ‘yung tumatak sa akin, and they thought it was a perfect fit for me also,” pahayag ng aktor.

Nang i-offer daw sa kanya ang project ay tila nabuhay ang dugo niya lalo pa nga’t ang tagal na raw niyang hindi gumagawa ng teleserye.

Sa nasabing serye ay napakarami nilang daring scenes, love scenes, bed scenes and kissing scenes ni Andrea. Sa trailer pa nga lang ay hindi na namin mabilang lalo pa nga’t dual role ang ginagampanan ng aktres na parehong love interest niya.

Natanong nga siya kung nag-init ba siya kay Andrea sa kanilang sangkaterbang love scenes at natawa si Derek.

“Alam n’yo naman na I’ve done so many projects with so many different beautiful women and ang No. 1 rule ko is to respect the woman that I’m doing my scenes with,” aniya.

“So, walang elya na nangyayari,” natatawa niyang dugtong.
