Gusto raw makipag-ayos sa mga biktima niya… JUNG JOON YOUNG, UMAMING GUILTY SA PAGKUHA AT PAGKAKALAT

GUILTY ang plea ng former singer na si Jung Joon Young sa ka­song 11 counts of filming and/or distributing illegal, sexual content via social platforms.

Dumalo si Jung Joon Young sa kan­yang first court hearing na ginanap last May 10, at approximately 11 AM KST outside Seoul’s Central District Court.

Kasama ang kanyang legal representative, humarap ang dating singer sa korte and pleaded guilty to all of the charges.

“We admit to all indicted charges, and agree with all of the evidence presented by police,” pahayag ng abogado ni Jung Joon Young.

Tungkol naman sa ongoing investigation hinggil sa involvement niya in sexually assaulting a woman with former F.T. Island member na si Jonghun at iba pa, ang nasabi na lang ng abogado ng singer ay i-adjust na lang ang court schedule once na nagka­roon na ng hearings para maka­dalo ang kliyente niya sa mga trials ng mga kaso.

“When these charges are pressed, please adjust (Jung Joon Young’s) court schedules so that both cases can receive trial at the same time,” pahayag ng abogado.

It was also reported na nais makipag-areglo ni Jung Joon Young sa mga naging biktima niya who were filmed without per­mission.

“Please appoint a government lawyer to represent that (sic: those) victims, as we hope to come to settlements,” saad pa ng abogado ng singer.
