Aktres, kaya magdedemanda na… GO JUN HEE, DAWIT KAY SEUNGRI, NAWALAN NG PROJECTS
NAGSAGAWA ng legal action ang aktres na si Go Jun Hee laban sa mga malicious comments na iniuugnay siya sa controversy ni Seungri.
Kinumpirma ito ng Oh Kims, ang law firm ni Go Jun Hee last May 4. Ayon sa kanyang lawyer, nag-file na raw ng complaint ang aktres laban sa 12 malicious comments.
Defamation of Character and Violation of the Information and Communications Network Act ang inihaing reklamo ng aktres.
“We completed submitting the first round of complaints against some netizens. Through continuous monitoring, we will continue to take civil and criminal legal action without leniency in the future as well,” pahayag ng representative ng Oh Kims.
Dagdag pa nito, ang mga malisyosong komento ay nakaapekto nang husto sa aktres dahil may mga proyekto raw na hindi natuloy dahil dito.
“Due to the groundless rumors circulated maliciously by such individuals, many of the contracts that Go Jun Hee has been working on have been overturned, so there has been a great deal of damage. A person’s everyday life should not be brutally trampled by the thoughtless, malicious act of indiscriminately spreading false information by malicious commenters hiding behind online anonymity.”
Matatandaang kumalat ang tsismis na si Go Jun Hee raw ang aktres na sinasabing nasa chatroom group ni Seungri habang nagkakaroon ng diskusyon sa chatroom tungkol sa mga babaeng iimbitahan to entertain a foreign investor visiting Korea.
Lalo pang tumindi ang espekulasyon nang magdesisyon siyang mag-back-out sa upcoming drama na Perfume ng KBS 2TV’s kung saan ay kasama siya sa cast.
Nang panahong ‘yun ay mariin ding itinanggi ng agency ni Go Jun Hee ang mga alegasyon and said, “None of the rumors are true.”
