SA pagpapatuloy ng balita tungkol sa pagsasampa ng kaso ni Kris Aquino laban sa dating managing director ng Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions (KCAP) na si Nicko Falcis, ipinahayag ni Nicko sa kanyang counter-affidavit kung saan nagsimula ang ‘di nila pagkakaunawaan ng Queen of All Media.

Idinetalye ni Nicko kung ano ang nangyari sa endorsement shoot nila sa Indonesia kung saan ay nagkaroon ng matinding allergic shock si Kris at isinugod sa ospital.

Pahayag ni Nicko, “One of the major endorsement contracts which I helped secure for Aquino was with an Indonesian brand, Sidomoncul, which produced herbal beverages.

“It entered into a contract with Aquino as its brand endorser. A video shooting was scheduled for 26 July 2018 in Indonesia.”

Ikinuwento ni Nicko na bago pa raw sila lumipad pa-Indonesia ay tinanong na agad niya ang brand representatives kung saan gaganapin ang venue ng shoot, ngunit wala itong naibigay sa kanilang eksaktong lugar, at agad daw niya itong sinabi sa Queen of All Media.

Pagkarating diumano nila sa hotel sa Indonesia ay doon pa lang kinumpirma sa kanila ang location ng shoot, at ito ay outdoor garden setting near a mini-forest behind the herbal drink factory.

Dahil daw dito ay nag-alala ang Queen of All Media, ngunit itinuloy pa rin ang shooting dahil sa kanyang commitment sa brand.

Pagpapatuloy ni Nicko, “In the morning of 26 July 2018, Aquino had an outdoor city photo session with the brand representatives.

“Before Aquino and her entourage were to travel to the factory for the 3:00 p.m. video shoot, persons in her entourage asked me to purchase Starbucks coffee and snacks for Aquino and those persons. They texted me their individual orders.

“It was not part of my duties to serve as a personal assistant, but I did as they requested because these persons told me that Aquino would want to have coffee that afternoon and there was no suitable restaurant near the brand’s factory.

“I proceeded to a Starbucks branch at the Toll Rest Stop and purchased take-out orders of coffee and snacks for Aquino and the persons in her entourage.

“I reached the location of the video shooting just as Aquino was having her third take.”

Sinundan daw ito ng pagpapatigil ni Kris ng shooting para pumunta sa kanyang kotse at magpahinga.

Ani Nicko, “She was coughing and appeared to be in distress. An ambulance rushed Aquino to a provincial hospital. We were very concerned for Aquino’s welfare.”

Napag-alaman daw nila na nagkaroon si Kris ng “anaphylactic shock” o life-threatening allergy shock na nagresulta sa ‘di maayos na paghinga nito.

Pagpapatuloy ni Nicko, “Aquino obtained relief by the timely use of an ‘Epipen’ which Aquino had in her first aid kit.

“I was told that the ‘Epipen’ had been prescribed for Aquino by a US doctor when Aquino consulted that doctor in early 2018.”.

Ayon kay Nicko, habang nasa provincial hospital sa Indonesia si Kris ay tumawag ito sa mga kapatid para humingi ng tulong.

Rumesponde raw si dating Presidente Noynoy Aquino III, na humingi ng tulong sa kanyang kaibigan na Indonesian na nakabase sa Singapore upang gamitin ang private plane nito para sa emergency flight ni Kris pabalik sa Pilipinas.

Dito raw nagsimula ang ‘di pagkakaunawaan nina Kris at Nicko dahil ibinunton ng Queen of All Media ang lahat ng sisi sa huli. Galit na galit daw si Kris kaya natakot naman si Nicko at nag-sorry.

Ayon kay Nicko, hindi niya alam na may major health issues at severe allergic reaction si Kris hanggang naganap na nga ‘yun.

After that, hindi na raw sila nagkakausap at idinadaan pa ni Kris sa iba ang mensahe niya para kay Nicko.

Mas lumala pa raw ang ‘di nila pagkakaunawaan nang ‘di na natutupad ni Kris ang obligations sa kanilang contract dahil nagpapagaling pa raw ito sa sakit na nakuha sa Indonesia, hanggang sa tapusin na ni Kris ang kanilang contract agreement.
