Utol na lawyer ng nanloko raw sa kanya, kinasuhan na rin… KRIS, 'DI MA-TAKE NA TINAWAG NA SINUNG

MAY mga bashers at trolls sa pagpa-file ni Kris Aquino ng nine counts ng cyber libel laban kay Atty. Jesus Falcis, utol ni Nicko Falcis na dating manager ni Kris sa kanyang KCAP company na diumano’y nanloko sa kanya, pero majority ay kampi kay Kris.

Hindi na nagsalita si Kris, ang lawyer na lang niyang si Atty. Ricky dela Cruz ng Divina Law.

“We filed criminal cases for 9 counts of cyberlibel today at the DOJ against Atty. Jesus Falcis III. He made malicious and defamatory statements against our client, Ms. Kris Aquino. We will now make him accountable.

“Ms. Kris Aquino opted to respond to the malicious accusations hurled against her through the legal process. Because she believes that this is the right thing to do. She has full faith in the Philippine justice system. She knows that we are all equal in the eyes of the law.

“Ms. Kris respects our prosecutors and she now leaves it to them to start the legal process. We believe that Ms. Kris Aquino will get JUSTICE because TRUTH IS ON HER SIDE.”

May basher na sinagot si Kris dahil sabi nito, sinasayang ng TV host ang millions niya sa pagdedemanda sa mga sumasalungat sa kanya.

“Thank you for acknowledging i am a public figure. That is precisely why i went to DOJ. You said- “Sue everyone that go [sic] against you and tells the truth about you.”

“You automatically assumed that i was not to be believed when this issue emanates from the fact that the accused for qualified theft has yet to return to the country and present his counter affidavit and swear on the veracity of the said document in front of a prosecutor. If i did not fight for the protection of my credibility then i am complicit to the degradation of my dignity.”

Sa nag-comment na baka ma-trauma si Bimby dahil laging kasama ni Kris pati sa pagpa-file ng mga kaso, sagot niya, “Please don’t underestimate my son. Fyi i was 3 years old when i went to the military tribunal hearing of my dad & all his subsequent hearings up to the Supreme Court. It will be more detrimental for him to see that his mom is weak. I filed because it was my credibility & sanity being questioned and my sons have to know that it is our constitutional right to fight to defend ourselves.”
