May-ari ng Cignal at TV5… MANNY PANGILINAN, UMAMING KINAUSAP PARA MAIPALABAS ANG MGA SHOWS NG ABS-CB

Pinatotohanan ni Cignal Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan na nakipag-usap sa kanila ang ABS-CBN heads para rentahan ang kanilang channel at maipalabas ang mga programa ng Kapamilya Channel.

Simula kasi kahapon, June 13, ay muling umere ang mga shows ng ABS-CBN, pero tanging sa Kapamilya Channel lang mapapanood ang mga programa o sa lahat ng cable channels.

“That’s currently under discussions between the two [ABS-CBN and Cignal TV]. I don’t know where we are. That’s been offered not only to us but with other pay TV operators in the country. I think some of them have already accepted,” sambit ni MVP.

Dugtong pa ni MVP, “I think Cignal is still assessing it. Hopefully to decide by next week. We are open to it, but there’s other factors to consider.”

Ayon pa kay Pangilinan, wala raw discussions na nangyari sa magkabilang kampo with respect sa TV5 at ABS-CBN.
