Todo-deny sa bintang sa singer-songwriter… Kim Gun Mo, niresbakan ang ni-rape raw niya, kinasuhan

Nag-release na ng kanyang official statement ang singer/songwriter na si Kim Gun Mo hinggil sa sexual assault na alegasyon sa kanya.

Itinanggi niya ang akusasyon kasabay ng pagsasampa ng criminal case laban sa taong nag-akusa sa kanya.

Narito ang kabuuan ng official statement released by his agency last Dec. 13…

“First, we are very apologetic for causing concern to the many people who love Kim Gun Mo.

“On December 9, 2019, lawyer Kang Yong Suk acted on behalf of the adult entertainment establishment hostess Kim, who claims she is a victim, and filed a criminal complaint against Kim Gun Mo for rape.

“Kim Gun Mo does not know the wo­man mentioned above at all or anything about harm done to her, and so he planned to respond after receiving the contents of the criminal complaint.

“However, the truth was distorted due to the malicious YouTube broadcast of lawyer Kang Yong Suk and others. He can no longer stand by as many people accept lies as the truth, and so he is filing a criminal complaint.

“Today (December 13), he is filing a criminal complaint with the Gangnam Police Station against Kim for false accusations and violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., after she spread lies in a YouTube broadcast, harmed Kim Gun Mo’s reputation, and filed a criminal complaint based on false information to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office.

“Kim has disparaged Kim Gun Mo’s 27-year career in the entertainment industry with malicious intent and is spreading lies. Kim Gun Mo can no longer ignore how many people have been disap­pointed because of her actions, and that is why he is filing this criminal complaint.

“True cases of ‘Me Too’ have to be protected, but false ‘Me Too’ that is disguised as ‘Me Too,’ as well as ‘Me Too phishing,’ have to be eliminated.

– The woman who claims to be a victim went on a YouTube broadcast as a hostess (this is the des­crip­tion used in lawyer Kang Yong Suk’s press release) who works at an adult entertainment establishment, and she used a mention of Kim Gun Mo’s prefe­ren­ces that the public is well aware of [his Bat­man shirt] and fabricated lies while acting as though she had gathered up the courage to expose the truth.

– However, through investigation it will be found without a doubt that her claims are false.

“We once again apologize for cau­sing concern. We will sincerely take part in the upcoming investigation so that the truth may come to light.”

Tulad ng naisulat na namin dito sa K-Buzz last Dec. 6 ay inakusahan si Kim Gun Mo ng sexual assault ng isang babae in an interview with lawyer Kang Yong Suk. Ang nasabing panayam ay lumabas sa You Tube channel ng nasabing abogado.

Matapos lumabas ang nasabing panayam ay isa pang babae ang lumantad at inakusahan din si Kim Gun Mo of physically assaulting her bilang suporta sa reklamo ng naunang babae.
